BANGALORE TO HOST ITS FIRST US SMART CITY | PRAVIN RAI

US smart City has been planned in Chikkaballapur District at Bangalore in the State of Karnataka. Its core is being used by PDC venture INC (USA) a subsidiary for PDC Capital with the majority of seed capital provided with the US Global Business Forum  Investors designed by DLR Group the city release on Solar & Other Renewal source.

 

US Smart City is constructed in 16 km from North West of the City of the Bangalore. Near Bangalore International Airport (Kempegowda). The  US Smart City will be Hosted /developed on land bank which is spread over on 3250 Acres.

 

A joint initiative of PDC Venture Inc.US and Tectrus Holding for Development of US Smart  City on the lines of Silicon Valley along with a California based Defense, IT and Theme Park concept in Chikkaballapur spread  over 3250 Acres of land in Karnataka,  Further classified as follows:

(a) 500 Acres for Mixed Development (Silicon Valley)

(b) 1500 Acres for Defense

(c) 500 Acres for IT & ITES Park

(d) 500 Acres for Logistic & Integrated Park

(e) 200 Acres for Theme Park

(f) 50 Acres for utilities and miscellaneous
